New York State Common Retirement Fund (CRF) investment proposal mailbox address

The New York State Common Retirement Fund (CRF) has introduced a new “one-stop-shopping” feature to make it easier and consistent for firms to have access to the CRF. The investment proposal intake mailbox: nyscrfinvesmentproposals@osc.state.ny.us is open for all interested parties to send a one page overview of the firm and proposed investment description for any asset class, including strategy and structure. The proposals will be forwarded to the appropriate investment team for review. If there is interest in the proposal, a CRF representative will contact the firm.
