Building Community, Curiosity, and Confidence: AAAIM Wraps Up Fourth Accelerate Externship
AAAIM welcomed its fourth Accelerate Externship Cohort to New York City last week! Through our 8-day hybrid program, the 2026 Externs engaged with professionals through workshops and candid conversations that highlighted life-long lessons of staying curious, creating and maintaining intentional relationships, along with building one’s confidence, presence, and reputation. Above all, externs were consistently encouraged to bring their most authentic, curious selves to every opportunity they come across. The Externship proved to be more than an introduction to the field; It became a transformative journey built through community, curiosity, and confidence.
