AAAIM is proud to announce our 2026 Mineta Emerging Leaders participants. These individuals demonstrate tremendous leadership potential and community engagement. AAAIM’s research indicates a vast under-representation of AAPIs in senior roles relative to the size of the professional workforce within the financial and investment industry. Too many AAPIs plateau at mid-career level due to lack of institutional focus and limited access to career development opportunities. AAAIM’s signature program was designed to address those barriers to upward mobility for these individuals. Thank you to everyone in NYC and the West Coast who applied for our 5th Mineta Cohort.
