The Senior International Equity Analyst is a sector generalist responsible for analyzing micro-and small-cap international equities in an assigned region of the world and collaborating with other members of the research team to invest in client portfolios. Prospective investments are screened using a quantitative model that seeks to ferret out smaller, under-appreciated international stocks with high profitability, strong balance sheets and consistent earnings growth.
The investment strategy then applies fundamental, bottom-up analysis to companies identified by the model, including analysis of how each company’s stock may benefit from one or more secular growth themes, the company’s distinctive competence, their barriers to entry and material environmental, social or governance (ESG) risks and opportunities.
This position reports to the Assistant Portfolio Manager.
