Position Summary
The CalSTRS Investments Branch is seeking an experienced individual to work as an Investment Officer III on the Investment Data Solutions team.
Under the general direction of the Associate Portfolio Manager, the Investment Officer III provides investment technology (IT) expertise for the Investment Branch. The incumbent supports efforts to optimize the use of data, advanced analytics, and technology to enable business growth, process automation and champion innovation. The incumbent is responsible for technical and qualitative support throughout the life cycle such as but not limited to business analysis, process mapping, testing, and end-user training and support. The incumbent is responsible for performing the following complex duties requiring the highest degree of independence, confidentiality, creativity and discretionary judgment while demonstrating effective oral and written communication skills, and professional knowledge of financial services applications.
