Position Summary
Beach Point Capital is seeking an Associate to join the Hybrid Solutions team in New York. The Hybrid Solutions strategy (“Tactical”) was launched in 2019 and is led by Co-Heads Jay Takefman and Robert Bergmann. The team recently completed the final close of its second fund, BPC Tactical Fund II, which raised $535 million from existing and new institutional investors — bringing total capital across the strategy to nearly $1 billion. To date, Fund II has deployed over $100 million across three investments, each sourced through proprietary or limited processes and structured with downside protections alongside equity upside participation.
