AAAIM is proud to announce the 2026–2027 Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) Norman Mineta Cohort Fellows.
Named in honor of the late Secretary Norman Y. Mineta, whose lifelong commitment to public service, principled leadership, and civic engagement continues to inspire generations, the ELI program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through executive coaching, leadership education, mentorship, and meaningful connections across industries.
